Infrastructure
Mediplus
has its manufacturing facilities at Bahadurgarh, an industrial town in
the state of Haryana (India). The location offers advantageous goods
and public transport facilities. It is in close proximity to the
Inland Container Depot in Delhi and the International Airport at Delhi,
for a smooth handling of the export shipments. We have state-of-the-art plant and machinery to ensure the consistency in
product quality. Important and main machines have been directly
imported from Europe and Japan to deliver reliable
product quality.
All
our production facilities follow Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.). The
injection moulding, product assembly and the blister packaging are
carried out in environmental controlled areas. The controlled areas
have a state-of-the-art HVAC system with HEPA filtration, positive
pressure, controlled temperature and regulated humidity. The facilities
also comprise an in-house computerized EO Gas Sterilization system,
complying with EN 550 and ISO 11135 standards. The sterilization of
every product batch is confirmed by a well-equipped in-house laboratory.
Superior Quality
Our
Quality Assurance has been configured in accordance with quality system
standards and procedures as stipulated in ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 13485:
2003 CE Certification & GMP Certification. Every product is manufactured by employing ultra modern
techniques under the strict supervision of expert technocrats. The
systems and procedures involved in designing and developing
processes, ensure the production of reliable and error free
products. Every finished item
is strictly grilled through an expert's visual, physio-chemical,
pharmacological and microbiological tests, thus allowing the flow of
only excellent products from the facility. We also have an advanced
in-house Analytical Laboratory to carry out different analytical parameters designed for the products.
Records of the entire processes and tests are maintained and retained
as per the stipulations laid down in the relevant national and
international standards. Our fully equipped microbiology lab assists in
maintaining a safe, hygienic and controlled clean room environment for
each of the manufacturing areas.
R & D
We
are equipped with excellent human resources who are experts in their
respective domains. The design and development of the products and
processes are accomplished using the latest CAD system and other
sophisticated software. Our engineering team can either supplement
customer design during the product development phase or provide
complete engineering solutions and services to support conceptual
project assignments. Our in-house Design & Development team has
developed an extensive range of Moulds & Dies - both for in-house
use and contract manufacturing. We can also develop high quality
prototype samples based on the customers' product designs.
