accurate moulding and extrusion of components and tubing, within close
tolerance levels. Speaking of which, some of the machines have been
directly imported from Europe to deliver better and reliable products.
The company has put
to use
state-of-the-art assembly & packing machines to ensure the
consistency in product quality. All machines are installed keeping in
mind, the requirements of clean room. Rest assured, it maintains its
lead with the continuous incorporation of the latest technologies.
It is a process in
which plastic
granules are heated to a prescribed temperature. Then the above heated
plastic forced into a metallic die under pressure. The die is allowed
to cool at a precribed temperature. After cooling the plastic takes the
shape of metallic cavity.
Injection moulding
machine used in
Mediplus(India) Limited are micro processor controlled. These are from
one of the following manufactured of Europe like Demag & Engel.
We have our
Injection moulding department of class 1,00,000. Clean room conditioned
are monitored at regular interval.
